Become a Volunteer

The Live from the Rock Folk Festival can only happen with great volunteers – thank you for your interest!

For 2025: All volunteers will be asked to commit approximately 12-15 hours over the course of festival weekend (or before or after the event depending on your role). In exchange, all volunteers will receive a weekend pass to the festival, a festival t-shirt, and a voting membership for the Live from the Rock Blues and Folk Society – the organization responsible for the festival.

Apply in winter/spring 2025, and we will try our best to place you in your preferred area.

Camping is available to all volunteers; however, volunteers must pay for their camping pass.  It remains $25/person for the whole weekend with showers included. Camping wristbands are available at the gate on festival weekend.

Volunteers will be asked to respectfully represent the festival while volunteering and will be provided with orientation materials, including a list of responsibilities.

Youth volunteers must be in high school or entering high school/secondary school in September of 2025. Those students completing school required volunteer hours must get their form signed by their Coordinator, once their festival volunteer hours are completed.
