At Live from the Rock, we pride ourselves on being able to provide a safe, fun, relaxing and family-friendly environment for festival goers of all ages from all walks of life with the goal of offering something for everyone.
To ensure that everyone is able to enjoy the weekend, we ask that attendees respect each other, our volunteers and the environment by adhering to the following rules:

Alcohol and illicit drugs are not permitted on festival grounds and anyone under 19 years of age consuming alcohol will have it confiscated and asked to leave the premises immediately

Professional cameras and audio/visual recording equipment are not permitted, including detachable lenses – please note that we have some amazing official festival photographers volunteering their time to capture memories for us throughout the weekend and they, together with Live from the Rock, reserve exclusivity of festival imagery

All bags and coolers will be checked for prohibited items including glass and fireworks

All children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 19 years of age or older

Entrance is only allowed through the main gate or marina gate

Wristbands must be worn throughout the weekend. Any persons found to be without a valid wristband will be escorted to the main gate to purchase a festival pass or ejected from the festival grounds

The event is smoke and vape free – smoking is permitted outside the main gate in the designated smoking area

The festival grounds and campground area are both pet and bicycle free
LFTR has a No Single Use Plastics Policy – See the Going Green page for details.
And in the performance areas please always consider your festival neighbours by remembering the following etiquette:
- Blankets and short lawn chairs only near the front rows of seating
- Taller chairs should be placed farther back
- Dancing only in the designated dancing areas
- Put all cell phones on vibrate
